Renfro made an appointment with me quickly and the technician showed up on time. He even called the night before to verify our meeting time since I would have to meet him at the house and we weren't sure what the weather would hold for the morning. He was helpful and fixed the problems quickly. Will definitely use them again!

Karl Renfro shows great assessment skills and, if he returns for other issues, remembers certain details of our electrical design to allow for efficiency of service. He has a flexible schedule and prioritizes service well among his customers.

Karl is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He will also call colleagues for advice on a situation if needed rather than winging it…a rare find! He took the time to find the root of a problem with my generator instead of just replacing fuses and waiting for it to happen again.

After inspecting the project, Karl provided a detailed and thoughtful estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and insight as he was able to see potential issues that other electricians had not. He arrived punctually and put in at least 12 solid hours on the first day to ensure that we had power restored before he left. The next day, he worked another 7-8 hours to finish up. The job involved installing a new panel, meter box, mast, EV charger circuit, RV outlet, generator transfer set up, circuit for a mini-split, and two new garage outlets. Karl was professional, friendly, open, happy to allow me to look over his shoulder often, and answer my many questions. He cleaned up the site well when all was completed. I am very pleased with the entire experience and have already recommended him to my neighbors without hesitation.

Our clinic experienced a power outage that blew 4 of our exam lights. I consulted with multiple companies before choosing Renfro. Karl was prompt, professional, and very efficient. He fixed our lights the next day vs. other companies quoting us 2 weeks. We were able to avoid closure and can't thank him enough. I will be recommending him to all of our colleagues.
